Carob Orders During Warm Weather
All our Products contain NO Emulsifiers, Stabilisers, Sweeteners or Preservatives. This makes our Carob Treats delicate and susceptible to the Warmer Months of the Year. While our Production is performed in a controlled temperature environment, once the Products leave this space, we can no longer guarantee the effective control of temperature during handling in Transit. We want you to have the best experience with our Products & therefore, advise you to keep this in mind when ordering during this time.
Shipping
We do not have a Minimum Spend Amount, however, all Orders over $99 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. All orders under $99 have a standard $16.95 Shipping Fee. All Orders are sent via Australia Post & are dispatched from our Production Space in Brunswick Heads on a Monday or Tuesday (please bear this in mind when ordering as we do not want the product to sit in a facility over the weekend). We do our best to send orders out as they come in.
Rough transit times, based on Australia Post’s guidance is:
Same State: 2-4 Business Days
Interstate: 3-6 business Days
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address given by you at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We do provide tracking numbers once the items are shipped upon request. We shall have no liability to you whatsoever, financial, administrative or otherwise, if you do not receive your order as a result of you providing incorrect delivery details.
Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the package, we do not take responsibility for packages left unattended.
We do give authority to leave on all packages to save the item from being returned to a post office as we want you to receive the Items Ordered as quickly as possible.
Please Note: In Adverse Weather Conditions, Busy Holiday Periods or other Events outside of our control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery.
Returns
Unfortunately products intended for consumption are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of Carob Chocolate & the Hot Australian Climate, we cannot guarantee that your order will be in perfect condition, though we do our very best with packaging to protect the goods as they are sent out.
Should you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our very best to resolve. Please note that, in line with ACCC Policy, change of mind is not a valid reason for returns or refunds.
