The Full Moon Ritual

Ingredients:
1 Medjool Date
1 Pecan Nut
1 Tsp Peanut Butter
2 Squares Maple Moons’ Carob Bar.

Recipe:
(1) De-Pit & Cut a Date in Half.
(2) Fill with 1 Pecan.
(3) Drizzle with Peanut Butter.
(4) Top Off with Maple Moon Carob.

GF Shortbread Cookies Coated in Carob

Our gluten-free shortbread cookie, enrobed in luxurious carob, offers a guilt-free indulgence with a rich, chocolate-like flavour—perfect for celebrating with friends, family, or simply as a well-deserved treat for yourself.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Almond Flour
3/4 Cup Gluten Flour
1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil Solid
6 Tbsp Maple Syrup
100g Cacao Butter
100g Carob Powder

Recipe:
(1) Preheat oven to 180 C and line with parchment paper.
(2) Combine all dry ingredients together.
(3) Add coconut oil and mix till texture feels like a grain of sand.
(4) Add maple syrup and need into texture of cookie dough.
(5) Use a rolling pin, begin rolling the dough until it is 1/4-inch thick.
(6) Bake cookies for 10-12mins, or until golden around the edges.
(7) Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 mins.
(8) Melt Cacao Butter, add Carob Powder & mix till it forms a liquid paste.
(9) Dip Cookies into Carob, place them on parchment paper and put in the fridge to cool for 10-15mins and enjoy!!

Shortbread Layer Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup almond meal
1 cup gluten free flour mix
1/4 cup maple syrup
1.3 cup melted coconut oil

Caramel Filling Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 almond meal
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
pinch of salt

Carob Layer Ingredients:
2 slabs of Maple Moon Carob melted

Recipe:
(1) In a bowl combine shortbread ingredients and mix until dough forms.
(2) Press dough into bottom of lined dish and place to the side.
(3) In a separate bowl, combine caramel ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
(4) Spread caramel filling over shortbread and place in freezer for 1 hour to let both fillings set.
(5) Once set, take out of freezer and cut into bars.
(6) Dip each bar into melted Carob, place on lined baking sheet to wait for it to set and enjoy your creation.
