Maple Moon Carob Products are best advised to be stored in a cool, dark place. When the Weather is humid or warm, the Carob responds well to being kept in an area that is free from direct heat or sunlight. This allows it to stay fresh & hold its shape. If the Chocolate softens and then becomes solid again, the shape and texture may change.
From this, you may encounter a different feel in the mouth while the taste & nutrition qualities remain the same.
Upon opening, it is best considered to store in a sealed container. This will allow the taste & texture to be free from any odours or moisture.
